"Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics"
This type of dentistry uses a sophisticated computer to take a picture of your tooth, once the decay is removed, and creates a ceramic piece like a "jig-saw" puzzle that replaces the missing portion. This ceramic portion is called an "inlay" or and "onlay" depending on how much of the tooth is replaced. Advantages to this type of dentistry are as follows:
No impressions
No second appointment
No temporaries
White (like your natural tooth)
Strong (made out of wear resistant material)
Lasting (ask about our in office guarantee!!)
Expands and contracts like enamel
Very conservative restoration (replace only the damaged portion)
Costs less than a crown (in our office)
All in approximately one hour of chair-time
