Cash or Check:

For accounts over $300.00, a 3% discount will be offered for those patients paying the balance (including co-payments) in full prior to treatment.

Our office accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.

 

Deferred Interest Financing:

Our office participates with an outside "financial institution" offering interest-free payment plans on approved credit.  The lines frames are as follows:

$300.00 - $699.99 3 months interest-free payment plan
$700.00 - $999.99 6 months interest-free payment plan
$1,000.00 or more 12 months interest-free payment plan

All amounts and time periods are subject to change by said company.  All accounts not paid in full by said time frames are subject to interest on remaining balance.
